Be careful if you go here, they will try to scare you into thinking you need a ton of work when you don't. He said my mouth was full of cavities and chastised me into thinking I was some disgusting person. He wanted 2 follow-on visits just to deep clean my teeth, too. I went to another dentist and he said that I only had one cavity and filled it during that same visit. The office is fancy with lots of new equipment, so I guess they have to pay for that somehow.

I do NOT like going to dentist , I am sure like most of you, hate going - I have been coming to spa Dentist for years now- all the employees are such sweet hearts, ladies in front desk super Sweet, and listen to you makes you feel very comfortable... absolutely the best Doctors- caring, gentle, genuinely care for YOU, easy to talk to, as well as they explain everything. Absolutely the BEST Dentist ever been too- bringing my whole family even my grand baby that's not even 2 yet-.

I love this dental office! I trust these doctors with all my treatment and the hygienists with my cleanings! The doctors are very conservative with their treatment but make sure to diagnose only what is needed and believe is best for you overall. Great examples would be observing certain teeth before drilling into a good part of the tooth just to remove small decay. They gave their professional opinion and advised all my options before proceeding. The front office staff does a great job at looking into your insurance and making sure to check what is covered. They also are super friendly and willing to answer all your questions or calls. Along with dental treatment and cleanings, they offer a relaxing visit with a warm towel for your face and massage chairs!

This is such a welcoming family atmosphere. The dentists are kind and gentle. The front office is friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are knowledgeable and do an excellent Job. Rochelle did my cleaning. She explained everything that she was doing and gave me good advice. They have never tried to push procedures on me just for the money. I highly recommend Riverwalk Dental Spa!

Pleasant office staff -- including phone contact, office check-in, hygienist, and dentist. Thorough cleaning, x-rays and check-up. Dentist is observing two teeth rather than pressuring me to get unnecessary crowns (the reason I left my previous dental office.)
I feel Dr. Hieu is very skilled and I received excellent care. Highly recommend this office.

I was recommended to come here by two fellow coworkers. At first, everything ran smoothly. The hygienist here do an amazing job! They clean teeth throughly. The 2 star review comes from the lack of communication from the office staff amongst each other and with patient and lack of communication between patient and doctor.

During my third cleaning, I was told by the dentist that I would need a crown. I was scheduled to come back in the following day. This was my first crown. I wear retainers at night and the doctor did not even ask me if I did. After getting my crown, I came home that night to find out that my retainers no longer fit my mouth. I called the office, they said to come in and the dentist will try to help. Well, he tried to make the wiring from my retainer fit around my teeth, but no luck. I appreciate the effort. I then asked, how much a retainer would cost and was told it would cost around $300 with insurance coverage. I asked for a discount of some kind being that I was not aware that this would happen- and now I have accrued $300 fee. I was told "No, sorry." I still need to buy a retainer, but I refuse to buy it from them.

Lastly, my husband was told to go to a specialist to take out his wisdom teeth and they sent him to a specialist that wasn't covered by his insurance, so we had to pay $75 out of pocket consultation fee when it should have been $0. And the surgery was going to cost $200. I then called and spoke to the office manager asking why they sent him to a place that was not covered by his insurance. They apologized and he sent him to get his surgery done with a specialist who was covered by his insurance which cost $0. I was obviously upset and kindly asked if they would cover the cost of the initial consultation ($75) since it should have cost $0 if he were sent to the right place. They declined.

I cancelled all future appointments and no longer go here. If you are studious about checking your insurance coverage and benefits, go here. If not, I would advise to go somewhere else.

The best Dental place I've been to! These doctors are honest, respectful, and know what there doing. Recently I switched dentists bc of the overpriced services and sketchy practices. Other dentists tell you to wait for your cavities to grow so they can charge you more later, this dentist doesn't. They care for your teeth. They explain the problem perfectly with the diagrams they have and show u how they plan to fix it. The front staff is always nice and accommodating, appointments are no issue. This place is a good place for me.

Brianna at the front desk was very helpful and understanding when I was late for an appointment after getting stuck in traffic. She went out of her way to still help me and provided the best customer service I've received in a very long time!
